Cette journée est organisée par et pour les doctorant-e-s. Le cadre informel de cette journée leur permet de se retrouver entre elles/eux sans pression, de s'organiser seul-e-s, d'échanger leur intérêt de recherche à travers des présentations et de réseauter au sein du programme doctoral.

Location and How to Get ThereThe PhD Students day will take place in room M 4020 of the Uni-Mail building, Bd du Pont-d'Arve 40, CH-1205 Genève. The room is located on the 4th floor on the left-hand side if you enter from the main entrance (where the tram station is). See the maps on the next page.

By Train: Arrival by train at Geneva main station (Cornavin). Directly in front of the main station entrance (south) you can take Tram 15 (direction "Palettes") and get out at the "Uni-Mail" stop, located exactly in the front of the building (~10min tram ride).By Car: There are two underground parkings next to the Uni-Mail building, both having an entrance on "Quai Ernest-Ansermet". One parking entrance is on the side of the Uni-Mail building and the other is just before it, under the "Baud-Bovy" park on the same street. The parking price should be~18CHF for the day.

Gratuit pour les doctorant-e-s CUSO. Toutes les personnes qui ont un compte dans « myCUSO » doivent dorénavant se faire rembourser leur frais de transport en ligne dans les 35 jours après l'activité . Il vous faut vous loguer dans « myCUSO », aller dans « Profile », puis « Travel costs ». Veuillez indiquer vos coordonnées (adresse) et IBAN. Vous n'avez pas besoin de fournir de justificatif.

CHF 50.- pour les doctorant-e-s externes (EPFL). Transports à leurs frais.
